I got this book in kindergarten, thanks for bringing back that memory!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jenny! I only found it a few years back & was so glad I did. Appreciate the visit & the comment.
DeleteAngela, You and your honey look cute. If your poem is from a kid's book, as Jenny Marie says...then I would love to read it..I will read kids books also. When we were young, we had no books at our house...we had a bible. I love books today, I wish I would read like I did 10 years ago. I read every day then. . Blessings to you and your family. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteSusie, I love him BIG =)
DeleteAnd yes, the poem is from a kid's book. I fell in love with Maurice Sendak when my sons were little boys. There was a TV series, Little Bear, based on his books. We started reading his books then & as an adult, I loved them just as much as my boys. Since you didn't have books as a child, you can make up for it now ... kids books too. Thanks for stopping in, Susie.
Cute<3 Love that poem!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it the sweetest?!
DeleteI've never heard of this book but it sounds very cute. I love old childhood books, they bring back good memories. : )
ReplyDeleteI'm hopping over from the Titus 2sDay link-up.
They sure do! I'm happy for your visit, Cathy.
DeleteHappy anniversary, Angela! Love the poem!

DeleteIn this cute poem -- it's the snowman's anniversary.
Isn't that fun?
Sweet photos and poem, Angela! It's frigid - for the south- here too! :)
ReplyDeleteI will be featuring your post in this week's A Return to Loveliness,
Kathy
Why, thank you SO very much! This fun surprise 'warms' my day ;)
DeleteIt's absolutely bitter cold here with a fresh dusting of snow.
Ah well, spring is closer each day.
Thanks again, Kathy!!
